TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GRAND BAZAAR GENERAL TRADING LLC, a company registered under Registration No (referred to herein as GRAND BAZAAR), we operates the Internet e-commerce website www.grandbazaar.ae and its related sub-domains, sites, Services and tools. The Website is provided as a service to you and is intended to allow you and other users to browse and order products and other goods (Apparels, Gift Items, Souvenirs, Perfumes, Perfume Oils, Oud, Jewelries, Sweets, Dates, Nuts, Soap, Incense, Herbs, Arabic Coffee, Dry Fruits, Honey and Natural Oils) or services (Customized Jewelries and Custom Apparel Printing) offered for sale on the Website. GRAND BAZAAR reserves the right to delete, modify, or supplement the content of the Website at any time for any reason without prior notification, and will use reasonable efforts to include up-to-date and accurate information on the Website.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANY ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION, OPINIONS, EVALUATIONS, DESCRIPTIONS OR CONSULTATIONS OF ANY KIND FURNISHED BY GRAND BAZAAR GENERAL TRADING LLC TO THE CONTRARY, YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE TO THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW.

1. Price

The prices of the goods will be as per quoted on the Website and all prices are quoted in AED. The Company ensures that the prices of the products are accurate at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system.

Prices for our products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any confirmed order.

If the Company discovers an error in the price of the products that the Customer had ordered, the Company will inform the Customer of this error and the Company will give the Customer the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or canceling the order. The Company will not process the Customer’s order until the customer confirms it. If the Company is unable to contact The Customer using the contact details provided during the order process, the Company will treat the order as canceled and will notify the Customer via mail or contact number provided by the customer.

2. Payment

By placing an order, you authorize us or our third-party payment processer to process your credit/debit card details for the amount of your order. We accept payment.

In order to authorize credit/debit card payments, we perhaps have to create an account for you with our third-party payment processors, including accepting their standard terms and conditions and submitting your details to them on your behalf. You hereby authorize us to do so and we shall not be liable to you for any damage or loss you may incur as a result.

We may remove or add cards or other payment methods that we accept at any time without prior notice to you.

Any discounts or coupon codes issued are strictly subject to the prevailing terms and conditions which may vary according to the company’s currently offers.

Orders

Once the order has been placed on the website, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email or text message on the provided contact number.

3. Delivery & Shipping Cost

Standard shipping charge 15AED will be charged on any order below 500AED (only in UAE)

Orders above 500AED will not include any additional shipping charges. (only in UAE)

Shipping charges may vary according to the company policy and will be displayed on the website without any prior notice.

The standard delivery period is 3 – 7 business days, although may vary under any unforeseen circumstances.

4. Return, Refund policy & order cancellation

We want to give our customers the most convenient and easy shopping experience.

Order Cancellation:

Customer service is our first priority and we believe in serving our customers with great after-sales services. Order cancellation is possible before the order is shipped from our end.

Refund Policy:

In case of order cancellation, your refund will proceed within 7- 14 business days from submission of your cancellation. We will update you via email once your refund has been initiated.

The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of the product canceled but the customer bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy.

If the company does not get a response from the customer within a week, the order gets canceled automatically.

If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and bank charges will be borne by the customer.

Refunds will only be provided through the bank, in the case of cash payment the customer will have to provide their bank details in order to receive the refund.

Return or exchange of the product:

If products are damaged in transit then the exchange proceeds within 7-14 business days from submission of the complaint.

In the situation of damaged goods, customers can ask for an exchange via email or contact number provided on the website. The customer has to provide an image or video of the damaged products while filing a complaint about damaged goods.

If the product is not opened, It can be returned within 3 days But the shipping charges will be borne by the customer (in the case of undamaged goods). If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and bank charges will be borne by the customer.
