Job Description:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
• Demonstrating product features and explaining their benefits.
• Assisting customers in making purchasing decisions.
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining a tidy and organized store appearance.
• Upselling and cross-selling products to maximize sales.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is preferred, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred, along with good command of English.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
• Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
